From building a design brief through to conducting ethnographic research, building journey maps, prototyping and testing and synthesis, we cover all the foundational elements you need to engage with your end users.

Flexible Facilitation

Facilitation is a vital skill for any organisation, team or community looking to bring people together and act collectively with purpose.

We’ll take you through the fundamentals of facilitation; open up the possibilities of where facilitation can bring value; explore different frameworks; and leave you with tips and tools you can implement immediately.

Collaboration

Collaboration is key to overcoming many of the barriers to delivering more customer-focused services and working more systemically in organisations.

Collaboration has been key to all of our training for over a decade; this course brings together the key things we’ve learned in both training and consultancy and translates them into a flexible toolkit that will help you get the most from working with others.
