We’ve been teaching, training and consulting using systems thinking principles for over a decade. We’ve worked with organisations across the private, public and non-profit sectors and developed a hybrid approach that helps organisations adapt systems thinking to their specific needs.

Our training combines key theories in systems thinking with practical tools to ensure that you can apply the right mix of approaches with a clear understanding of how and why they make sense for your unique situation.

Learning outcomes

In this systems thinking course you’ll learn collaborative approaches to engaging with and making sense in complexity by applying tools and methodologies to build a shared understanding. You’ll practice methods for identifying possible interventions along with tools for systemic impact.
