Redfront has been working with Future London Academy for over six years and since 2022 we’ve been supporting their Executive Programme for Design Leaders.

This worked comprises two strands:

• designing and facilitating specialist workshops that enable programme participants to apply their learning to the next steps in their careers.

• developing sessions on topics ranging from facilitation to design futures.

As part of this programme we’ve built and shared a portfolio of existing and custom-made design tools that support strategic thinking and practical action for design leaders.
