Digital Transformation at International SOS
Redfront led service design and digital transformation initiatives for International Health & Security Risk Management company International SOS by working with its teams in London and Philadelphia to realign the product portfolio around the needs of its corporate client base.
At the core of this work was a focus on service design and storytelling as to build a consistent thread through some highly complex, technical customer journeys. We used shadowing and service blueprinting as ways of understanding the current complexity and realising the future ambitions.
